Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Products not in their original condition.
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless they are defective or damaged).

Return Process

Return Pickup:

We offer a convenient return pickup service. Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup of the item from your address. Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Shipping Your Return:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping address. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds:

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items:

Cancellation Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds for COD Orders:
